April Update

I am on the move and finding new things to play with daily!
(Mommy has a hard time telling me no when I look this cute doing it.)

The Francis Family came to visit over Easter weekend. We went to an Easter Egg Hunt at the church, it was fun, sunny, but windy and chilly!

Here I am getting my one egg!
I am not so sure I like the dewy wet grass.

Derek is showing me how to play with my new toolbox toy that he brought me.

Food!

Well this will be blog only and I will post some more recent pictures soon! (I know I am behind I don't even have Easter pictures up)
I have to say I feel so blessed this weekend. Mark and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on Friday. We went to Fogo de Chao (brazilian style steakhouse), it is not cheap, but wow, when you are a meatatarian like Mark and I are it was a great dinner and special night out. Mark also did a great job suprising me with new bling. When we had our wedding bands created they proposed 3 diamonds in my band. At the time we opted for one in both of our bands and the jeweler told Mark he could add them at a later date. Well we have been talking about getting them buffed and polished so last week he took them in to do that. Much to my suprise when I got it back yesterday it had extra bling in it. He spoils me rotten.
Then today we spent an early morning in the gym, Will and daddy went home at lunch time but the Terminators went 5-0 on the day. It is the time of year where 13 year old girls make huge improvements in their game and I get a sense of joy and accomplishment. Watching a 13 year old girl do something we have been working on, make a big play, or pull out a big win makes all the time I spend in the gym worth it. I love passing on my love of the game to the future generations. I can only hope Will likes sports and doesn't hate all the time he has to spend watching volleyball as he grows up :)
Will is growing up so fast I can't get over it. I know everyone always says to cherish it because they will be big before you know it. I feel like I savor every day, but I can't believe he is 8 months old already. He still has the bottom 2 teeth (no more yet), he is crawling like crazy now, he is even pushing himself up to sit on his own, he is still a monkey trying to pull and climb on things already, he loves his puppies (I am not sure the feeling is mutual yet), and just today he seemed to decide he wanted to start having conversations with you (not that any sound forms a word yet, I believe that day is going to shatter my heart). Lets just hope he doesn't take after his Aunt Paula!
Just because I am not sure I have said it yet, we miss and love all of you that happen to follow this blog. Hopefully depending on where you are in the world we will see you sometime soon!
